Vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une garantie de 4 ans (hors gamme Smart Travel, Accessoires, Electriques et Freestyle).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Nos conditions de garanties\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutes les <strong>trottinettes<\/strong> de la marque Micro ont une <strong>garantie de deux ans<\/strong> contre tous d\u00e9fauts de fabrication et de mat\u00e9riaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <strong>accessoires<\/strong> ont une garantie de <strong>90 jours<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les produits de la <strong>gamme \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> ont une garantie de <strong>deux ans<\/strong> pour la <strong>partie m\u00e9canique<\/strong>, et de <strong>un an<\/strong> pour la <strong>partie \u00e9lectrique<\/strong>. La batterie est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un consommable et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une garantie d\u2019un an ou de mille cycles complets de charge.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Micro garantit la <strong>disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es<\/strong> sur notre site pendant <strong>dix\u00a0ans<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de la date de la premi\u00e8re mise sur le march\u00e9 du produit concern\u00e9. Vous trouverez chaque mod\u00e8le de trottinette avec un sch\u00e9ma d\u00e9taill\u00e9 et les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences associ\u00e9es sur notre rubrique Pi\u00e8ces D\u00e9tach\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour d\u00e9clencher la garantie, vous devez pr\u00e9senter obligatoirement une <strong>preuve d\u2019achat<\/strong>. Il faut \u00e9galement nous permettre de constater le d\u00e9faut et d\u00e9clencher la garantie. Une fois le d\u00e9faut av\u00e9r\u00e9, Micro Mobility vous envoie une pi\u00e8ce de rechange.
